MCGames (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between MCGames and its members (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user").

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members residing in Bangladesh who use MCGames. MCGames reserves the right to update these terms at any time. • MCGames reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue its services at any time.
• MCGames' decisions are final and binding.
• In any dispute, the decision of MCGames management is final.

To open an account on MCGames, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. If these conditions are not met, MCGames reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, device, or payment method will all be permanently closed.
• All information provided at registration (name, address, mobile number, date of birth) must be accurate and genuine.
• Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

The financial transaction rules on MCGames are detailed below. All payments are processed through secure and protected methods.

MCGames accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, with a maximum of ৳50,000 per transaction.

• KYC verification is required to process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• It is recommended that your withdrawal method match the method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same account used for the original deposit.
• MCGames may request additional verification for any transaction that appears unusual or suspicious.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the daily maximum is ৳2,00,000.

Certain universal rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on MCGames. These rules are in effect equally for all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless MCGames voids it for technical reasons.
• Pre-match odds may change before a match begins — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• MCGames is not liable for bets voided due to system delays or network issues during live betting.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally refunded.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50; maximum limits vary by market.
• This rule applies to all bet types — single, combo, and system bets.

MCGames reserves the right to correct any odds errors. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous may be voided, in which case the stake will be refunded.

Mcgames regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus comes with a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — another bonus may not be available while one is already in use.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.
• MCGames reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.

Mcgames is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

• Running multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Registering with false information to abuse bonuses.
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or theft of account credentials.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

MCGames treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Data collected during registration is used solely to operate and improve the platform's services.

• Option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Option to permanently close your account (self-exclusion).

Either MCGames or the member may request account closure at any time. The rules covering both scenarios are outlined below.

Closure Requested by Member:

• Contact our support team via live chat or email to have your account closed.
• Temporary suspension (7 days to 6 months) or permanent closure — both options are available.
• Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure (subject to applicable conditions).

Closure by MCGames:

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• In cases of fraud or illegal activity, account balances may be forfeited.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

MCGames is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms are governed by international gaming laws and MCGames' internal policies.

• Mcgames is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, network outages, or third-party causes.
• MCGames is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming — gaming carries risk.
• Any dispute must first be submitted to MCGames support for resolution.
• Members are solely responsible for their use of MCGames' services.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
